*M-L fits women 8 ½ and up to men up to size 11.

Spa Socks foot tension relief:
Warm Use: Microwave in one-minute intervals until desired temperature is achieved. Test temperature before using; it should feel warm, not hot. Never leave wrap unattended in microwave.
Cold Use: Place wrap in plastic bag, seal, and place in freezer six hours. Wrap may be stored in freezer until needed.
To Wash: Machine wash & dry cover. Do not wash grain pack.
