General Shipping Information

 

Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. Orders can take up to 3 business days to process and pack before shipping depending on the number of orders in the queue and order size. If the order is received after 12 pm CST, the processing time begins the next day. Processing and ship time is subject to increase during holidays and high-volume times of the year. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: we will not be able to add items to orders once they are submitted and processed. If you forgot to add items to your order, you will need to place another order to have those items shipped.

  

Free Economy Shipping offered on all orders within the 48 Contiguous Unites States for product orders $75 and over (excluding taxes and shipping costs). For shipments totaling less than $75, delivery charge is based on selected delivery method. Shipping costs can be calculated prior to checkout. Estimated shipping time is 3-8 business days.

 

Business days are Monday through Friday with a few holiday exceptions. Normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.

 

UPS and USPS provide our shipping services. Some packages may ship via UPS with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. If you choose to ship via express service, we will use UPS. Please visit www.ups.com to track your package in case of weather delays!

Tracking Orders

 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package. To track the order, click on the tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. You may also use the carrier website to track your shipments with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

 

 

 

 

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to the Corporate Office at the address listed below. The returned item must be shipped back within 30 days from the date you received your package.  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning a product, please make sure you get a return tracking number.  This will make sure your package returns safely to our warehouse. Our returns process can take up to 21 days for processing the return and issuing an online credit.

 

If returning a product, you must also email support@hotworx.net to notify our team of the return shipment. Please provide the tracking number in that email.
