We have produced a new video to demonstrate how to change short and long heater wires.
The new video can be found in the HWX Studio Drive Folder labeled, Sauna Safety Protocol & Maintenance Videos.
As saunas are used and heaters are changed, wires also need to be changed. Heaters experience wear and tear over time and usage, and concurrently, wires do as well. When heaters are shipped out, a new set of wires will be shipped out too. Each heater shipped, will be accompanied by a short heater wire and a long heater wire. Therefore, when you have a ceramic heater that goes out and needs to be changed, you will:

change the heater, the short wire that it connects to, and the long wire it connects to.
